About the staff

Who am I?

Graduated as an Engineer from the Gramme Higher Industrial Institute in Liège in 2007, I started my career as a project manager at IRM group. Quite early on, I began developing machine sizing tools in Excel.

In 2011, my career continued at the Tihange Nuclear Power Plant where I also felt the need to develop IT tools such as a timeline of events that occurred on a circuit. I became more interested in VBA (programming language: Visual Basic for Applications).

In parallel, I pursued evening classes in Management at HEC, graduating in 2015.

My passion was born! I found a profession that fulfills my needs for creativity, intellectual stimulation, and recognition from users.

In 2024, I created SoluZapp.

... and how do you work?

By communicating above all!

I listen to your needs, I rephrase, and I make sure we understand each other well.

In recent years, I discovered Nonviolent Communication, which has literally changed my life.

No matter the IQ level or skill level of each person, if communication is poor, nothing will work.

My first objective will be to understand you, to immerse myself in the context, and to adapt to it. I believe this is a minimum investment for a project to succeed.

Next, I draw inspiration from the Scrum method to move forward with my projects. I work for a few hours or at most a few days, then I propose a feedback meeting. The idea is to stay aligned with my client and allow their ideas to evolve.

I operate on the principle that everything we share enriches us. I will learn from you at least as much as you will learn from me. Information retention, exclusivity, and protecting one's knowledge seem outdated and counterproductive to me.

Why a water drop?

Because small actions create big ripples. The drop stands for simplicity, clarity, and precision. Its ripple effect mirrors our approach: strong local impact, results that propagate across your organization. It also suggests flexibility (solutions that adapt) and sustainability (built to last).

For me, this symbol represents change in a gentle way.
